Tatlı Su Istakozlarından (Astacus leptodactylus) Saprolegnia sp. ve Aeromonas hydrophila İzolasyonu
Bornova Veteriner Kontrol ve Araştırma Enstitüsü’nün İznik gölü kerevitleri üzerinde yaptığı sağlık taraması sırasında altı kerevitin karın bölgelerinde kahverengi melanizasyon saptanmıştır. Lezyonlu bölgelerden alınan doku örneklerinin kültürlerinden Saprolegnia sp, aynı kerevitlerin haemolenflerinden ise Aeromonas hydrophila izole edilmiş olup, bu olgular sunulmuştur.
Saprolegnia sp. and Aeromonas hydrophila Isolation from Freshwater-Crayfish (Astacus leptodactylus)
Brown melanisation was determined in six crayfish’ abdomen during health surveillance on İznik lake’s freshwater-crayfish by Bornova Veterinary Control and Research Institute. While Saprolegnia sp. was isolated from these melanisated tissues of the crayfish, Aeromonas hydrophila was isolated from same crayfish’ haemolenf. So this case report was offered.
