Broyler yemine toksik düzeyde katılan bakır sülfatın performansa ve bazı doku bakır konsantrasyonlarına etkisi
Araştırmada, yumurtadan çıkımdan itibaren dört hafta süreyle diyetlerine toksik düzeyde bakır katılan broyler civcivlerinin performansı ile kan, karaciğer, böbrek, göğüs eti ve kemik bakır birikimine etkileri incelenmiştir. Denemede 60 adet günlük et tipi Avian hibrit civcivler herbirinde 30 adet civciv bulunan biri kontrol, diğeri bakır sülfat (800 mg/kg yem) olmak üzere 2 gruba ayrılarak civciv bölmelerine yerleştirilmiştir.Broylerlerin kesildiği denemenin 4 haftası dikkate alındığında, kontrol grubundaki broylerlerin canlı ağırlığının yemlerine bakır sülfat katılan broyler grubundan %93.97 daha yüksek olması istatistiksel yönden önemli bulunmuştur (p
Effect of dietary supplementation of copper at toxic level on performance and copper concentrations of some tissues in broilers
In this study, we aimed to investigate the accumulation of the toxic dosed copper in several tissues when are taken in with diet and their effects on performance of broiler chicks. For this purpose, 60 one day-old chicks were used in our experiment which were diveded evenly in to a control and a treatment group. The control group chicks were fed with normal feed, where as experiment group chicks were fed with diets which had 800 ppm copper in its diet. At the end of the fourth week of the trial when the chicks were slaughtered, it was found to be statistically important (p
