Araba ve yarış atlarında bazı kan ve serum biyokimyasal değerleri üzerine karşılaştırmalı araştırmalar

Bu çalışmada, atların infeksiyöz anemi virüsü yönünden negatif toplam 129 at kullanıldı. Bu atların 73'ü araba, 56'sı yarış atı idi. Bu atlardaki hematolojik (40 araba ve 40 yarış atı) ve serum biyokimyasal değerleri arasındaki ilişki araştırıldı. Tüm atlardan kan alındı. Bu kan örneklerinden eritrosit ve lökosit sayıları, hemoglobin miktarı, hematokrit değer, ortalama eritrosit volümü (MCV), ortalama eritrosit hemoglobini (MCH), ortalama eritrosit hemoglobin konsantrasyonu (MCHC), nöfrofil, lenfosit, monosit, eozinofîl ve bazofil sayılan, serum kalsiyum, fosfor,kreatinine, AST, ALT, CPK, total protein, albumin ve üre değerleri belirlendi. Comparative studies on some blood and serum biochemical values in working hoses and racing horses

In this study, a total of 129 horses, including 73 working and 56 racing horses were used. All horses were sero-negative for equine infectious anemia virus. Correlations between haematological (40 working and 40 racing horses) and biochemical parameters in these horses were investigated. Blood samples were taken from all horses. From these blood samples erythrocyte and leucocyte counts, hemoglobin amount, haematocrit value, mean cell volume (MCV), mean cell hemoglobin (MCH), mean cell hemoglobine concentration (MCHC), neutrophili lymphocyte, monocyte, eosinophil and basophil counts, serum Ca, P, creatinine, aspartate aminptransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), creatine phosphokinase (CPK), total protein, albumin and urea values were determined.
