İnternet Bankacılığında Müşteri Tercihleri Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Bu çalışma, internet bankacılığında tüketici tercihlerini analiz etmeyi, internet bankacılığı isLenx. ve süreciyle ilgili tüketici tutumlarım etkileyen faktörleri ortaya koymayı ve bu faktörlerin kaynakları kadar tüketici tutumunu etkileyen tüketici kişilik özelliklerini de tanımlamayı -amaçlamaktadır. Analiz -sonuçları, bu faktörlerin 4nemmin tüketici kişilik özelliklerine göre değiştiğini ifade etmektedir.

An Empirical Study on the Customer Satisfaction in Internet Banking

Abstract This study aims to analyze customer's preferences in internet banking, to determine the iactors^ffec^gxustomer'js^itudexoncem m-intemet banking, and to identify the factors from the view of customer's characteristics effecting customer's attitude as well as sources of these factors^ results of analysis imply that significance of these factors varies according to customer's characteristics.
