Hemşireler için Harekete Geçme Zamanı:Kanıta Dayalı Uygulamalardan Bakım Paketlerine

Bakım paketi her biri tek tek uygulandığında hasta sonuçlarını olumlu etkileyen girişimlerin birlikte uygulanması olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Sağlık Bakımı İyileştirme Enstitüsü tarafından 2001 yılında başlatılan bakım paketi kavramını oluşturan girişimlerin tamamı kanıta dayalı uygulamalardır. Bakım paketi kullanımı hasta, kurum ve sağlık profesyonelleri için olumlu sonuçlar ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Multidisipliner yaklaşım, ekip çalışması ve iletişim bakım paketinin temel ögesidir. Hemşireler bu multidisipliner yaklaşımda hastalara bakım veren primer sağlık çalışanı olmaları nedeni ile bakım paketinin uygulanmasında önemli role sahiptirler. Bu makalenin amacı bakım paketi tanımını açıklamak ve hemşirelikte bakımında ki yerini anlatmaktır.

Time for Nurses to Make the Move: From Evidence Based Practice to Care Bundle

Care bundle is deŞ ned as the implementation of interventions together that when each one of them are executed individually, the patient outcomes are affected positively. All of the interventions that constituted the concept of the care bundle, which were initiated by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in 2001, are in accordance with evidence-based practice. Using a care bundle reveals positive results for the patient, institute and healthcare professionals. A multidisciplinary approach, good team work and communication are the key elements of the care bundle. Nurses play important roles in the successful implementation of a care bundle in this multidisciplinary approach because they are the prime healthcare practitioners in the care of patients. The aim of this article is to explain a care bundle in nursing and its role in patient care.
