Hekim ve Hemsirelerin Klinik Liderlik Algılarının Sosyodemogra k Degiskenler Açısından Incelenmesi
Amaç: Bu çalısma, hekim ve hemsirelerin klinik liderlik algılarınınsosyodemogra k degiskenler açısından incelenmesini amaçlamaktadır.Yöntem: Arastırma tanımlayıcı niteliktedir. Çalısmanın evreniniBurdur’da faaliyet göstermekte olan bir kamu hastanesinde görev yapantüm hekim ve hemsireler olusturmaktadır. Arastırmada örneklemseçilmemis, bütün evrene ulasılmaya çalısılmıs ve toplam 185 kisidenveri elde edilmistir. Veriler yüz yüze görüsme yöntemi ile arastırmacılartarafından toplanmıstır. Çalısmada, katılımcıların klinik liderlik algılarınıölçmek için Klinik Liderlik Ölçegi kullanılmıstır. Verilerin analizindetanımlayıcı istatistikler, iki ortalama arasındaki farkın önemliliktesti ve tek yönlü varyans analizi (Anova) kullanılmıstır. Veriler, SPSSprogramı ile analiz edilmistir.Bulgular: Çalısmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, katılımcıların klinikliderligin tüm alt boyutlarına iliskin puanları, mesleklerine göre istatistikselolarak anlamlı farklılıklar göstermistir (p
The Examination of the Clinical Leadership Perceptions of Physicians and Nurses Regarding Socio-Demographic Variables
Aim: This study aims to examine the clinical leadership perceptions of physicians and nurses with regards to sociodemographic variables. Methods: This descriptive study comprises physicians and nurses who serve in a public hospital in Burdur. In the study, a sampling method was not applied and an attempt was made to reach the entire population. The data were obtained from a total of 185 participants. Data were collected with face-to-face interviews by the researchers. The Clinical Leadership Scale was used to measure the clinical leadership perceptions of study participants. Descriptive statistics, signi cance test of difference between two means and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used in the analysis of the data. The data were analyzed by the SPSS program.
