Pamuk yağının hidrojenasyonunda işlem koşullarının trans yağ asitlerrinin oluşumu ve reaksiyonun seçiciliği üzerindeki etkileri

Bu çalışmada, pilot ölçekli dead-end tipi bir reaktörde nikel katalizörü kullanılarak hidrojene edilen pamuk yağının trans yağ asidi içeriği, katı yağ oranı, erime noktası ve linoelik seçiciliği üzerine reaksiyon sıcaklığının, hidrojen basıncının ve katalizör konsantrasyonun etkileri incelenmiştir.

The effect of hydrogenation conditions on trans fatty acids formation and selectivity of reaction during cottonseed oil hydrogenetion

In this study, the effect of temperature, hydrogen pressure and catalyst concentration on trans fatty acids content, solid fat content, melting point of cottonseed oil hydrogenated by using nickel catalyst in a pilot plant scale dead-end type reactor was investigated. Linoleic selectivity of the reaction for each hydrogenation conditions was also calculated.
