Atomik absorbsiyon spektrofotometresi ile zeytin örneklerinde demir, bakır, çinko ve civa analizleri örnek hazırlama basamağının optimizasyonu

Günümüzde ülkemizde gıda maddeleri için eser element düzeylerinin saptanması gıda kimyası açısından önemini sürdürmektedir. Bu açıdan mg/kg ve $mu$ g/kg düzeyinde elementlerin doğru ve kesin sonuçlarla belirlenmesi halk sağlığı açısından önemlidir. Bölgemiz açısfndan büyük önem taşıyan sofralık zeytinlerde toksik özellik gösteren metal kaynaklarının belirlenmesi ve uygun çözüm yolları önerilmesi açısından çalışmamız önem taşımaktadır. Kullanılan analiz şemaları içinde hızlı ve hataya neden olmayan örnek hazırlama işlemlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.

Optimization of preparing sample for iron, copper, zinc and mercury analyses in olive samples by otomic absorption spectrofotometer

Determined the level of minor elements in foods is important for food chemie in our country currently. In this respect to determine accurate and certain mg/kg and $mu$ g/kg levels of the elements is important for human health. Our research is important about designating the toxic metal resources in table olives which are important for our region, finding out suitable solving methods. Determining of sample preparing proceses which are rapid and don't cause any failure in analyses plans.
