Yanık Kontraktürleri Nedeniyle Zor Havayolu Beklenen Olguda Anestezi Yönetimi
Anestezi uygulamalarında havayolu açıklığının sağlanması yaşamsal önemesahiptir. Havayolu açıklığının sağlanmasını güçleştiren pek çok nedenden biride yanık kontraktürleridir. Çocukluk dönemi baş-boyun bölgesi yanıkl arındakontraktürden kaynaklanan hareket kısıtlılığı, ventilasyon ve entübasyongüçlüğü yaratabilir. Bu yazıda yanık sonrası kontraktürleri olan olgudakianestezi yönetimimizi sunarak literatür bilgileri ışığında tartışmayı hedefledik.
Anesthetic Management of Patients Who Expected to Have Difficult Air Way due to Post Burn Contractures
In daily practice of anesthesia providing airway is an important vital issue. Burning contractures are one of the many reasons that make difficult airway. Movement limitation due to burn contracture in childhood can be causes of ventilation and intubation difficulty. In this case report; we aimed to discuss in the light of literature, by presenting our anesthetic management of patient with post-burn contractures.
