İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi Çerçevesinde, Okul Yöneticilerinin Karar Verme Sürecindeki Etkilerine İlişkin Ölçek Geliştirilmesi

Bu çalışmada, yöneticilerin yönetim süreçlerinden karar vermeye ilişkin etkililiklerine önelik olarak, eğitimci görüşleri temelinde bir ölçek geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada lalan yazından ve öğretmen ve yöneticilerle yapılan görüşmelerden yararlanılarak, karar verme cine ilişkin beşli Likert tipi olumlu ve olumsuz ifadelerden oluşan 40 madde geliştirilmiştir. İÜBjı maddeler daha sonra uzman görüşlerine sunulmuş ve bazı maddeler elenmiştir. Son olarak, 20 pnaddeye düşürülen ölçek, Elazığ il merkezindeki ilköğretim öğretmen ve yöneticilere uygulanmış ye' toplam 132 anket yanıtlanarak geri dönmüştür. Yapılan istatistiksel analizler sonucunda, Ölçeğin Cronbach Alpha iç tutarlık katsayısı .64; KMO değeri .74; Bartlett sınaması ise .00 ılılık düzeyi ile 1262,42 olarak bulunmuştur. Elde edilen sonuçlar ölçeğin uygulanabilmesi için, geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin uygun olduğunu ortaya koymuştur.

In the Frame of Human Resource Management, a Development of an Inventory Related to the Effectiveness of School Principals in Decision Making Process

In this study, to determine the effectiveness of school principals related to the decision Icing process, an inventory was aimed to be developed on the basis of educators' views, nitially, making use of the literature review and implications of the educators in the primary Schools, 40, five scale Likert type items conveying negative and positive connotations were !. developed. Later, according to the thoughts of professionals, some of the items were deleted and as a result, 20 items were distributed to the educators working at these schools. As total, 132 subjects replied the questionnaire items. At the end of the statistical analysis of the data, it has been seen that the Cronbach alfa coefficient öf the instrument is .64, the value of KMO is .74; and the test of Barlett is 1262,42 with .00 significant level. These results have demonstrated that the reliability and validity of the instrument is adequate for its implementation.
