Gebe bir köpekte travmaya bağlı Fötal ölümün ultrasonografik tanısı

Bu olguda 6 haftalık gebe bir köpekte travma sonucu şekillenen fötal ölüm tablosunun klinik ve Bmod - Doppler ultrasonografi (usg) bulguları sunulmuştur. Travmadan 15 saat sonrasında yapılan genel ve usg muayenede anne ve yavrulara ait patolojik bir bulguya rastlanmadı. Travmanın 2 ve 3. günündeki usg muayenesinde toplam üç yavruda fötal ölüm bulguları görüldü. 4. günde yaşadığı görülen 2 fötüs bulunmasına karşın, enfeksiyon gelişimi ve ölü fötüslerin atılımınının gerçekleşmemesi nedeniyle gebeliğin aglepriston sonlandırılmasına karar verildi. Abortus sonrası gün aşırı muayeneler ile intrauterin sağlık durumu izlendi. Köpek bir sonraki östrusunda sorunsuz olarak gebe kaldı ve 4 sağlıklı yavru doğurdu. Sonuç olarak, abortus riski taşıyan olgularda, anne ve yavruların sağlık durumunun izlenmesinde günlük usg uygulamaları büyük önem taşımaktadır. Annenin sağlık durumu normal olarak görülse dahi, hastalar periyodik olarak dikkatlice incelenmelidir.

Ultrasonographic diagnosis of fetal death after trauma in a pregnant bitch

Clinical and B-mode - Doppler usg findings of fetal death after trauma in six-week pregnant bitch were present in this case. In $15^{th}$ hour following trauma there is no pathological findings of bitch and/or fetuses in the primary and usg examinations. During ultrasonography in $2^{nd}$ and 3rd day after trauma, the fetal death findings were detected in three fetuses. Although there were two alive fetuses in $4^{th}$ day, it was decided that termination of pregnancy via aglepristone cause by getting infection and no expulsion of death fetuses. Intrauterine health condition following abortion was detected with ultrasonographic examinations every other day. Bitch conceived in subsequent estrus with no problem and labored four healthy puppies. As a conclusion, the daily ultrasonographic examination has importance for detecting of maternal and fetal health status in case which has abortion risk. Even if maternal health condition is seems normally, patients should be examined periodically.
