The Sociometric Status of Students with Disabilities in Elemantary Level Integration Classes in Turkey

Bu çalışmada, kaynaştırma uygulaması yürütülen sınıflarda eğitim alan kaynaştırma Öğrencileri ve kaynaştırmaya aday gösterilen ve yetersizlik göstermeyen öğrencilerin sosyal konumları akran tercihi tekniği kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Çalışmaya, kaynaştırma uygulaması yürütülen 14 ilköğretim okulundan toplam 999 öğrenci katılmıştır. Bu öğrencilerin 39'unu kaynaştırma öğrencileri, 27'sini kaynaştırmaya aday gösterilenler, 933'ünü yetersizlik göstermeyen öğrenciler oluşturmuştur. Sonuçlar hem kaynaştırma öğrencilerinin hem de kaynaştırmaya aday öğrencilerin yarıdan daha fazlasının akranları tarafından reddedildiğini ve anlamlı şekilde düşük sosyal tercih puanlarına sahip olduklarını göstermektedir.
