ADÖLESAN EVLİLİKLERİN SAĞLIĞA ETKİLERİ

Bu çalışmanın amacı adölesan evliliklerin sağlık üzerine etkilerinin açıklanmasıdır. Adölesan evlilikler dünyada yaygın olarak görülmekle birlikte özellikle sosyoekonomik düzeyi ve eğitim oranı düşük ailelerde genellikle kız çocukları arasında görülen bir sorundur. Eğitimsizlik, yoksulluk, bazı kültürel ve dini özellikler, savaşlar, göçler gibi faktörlerin etkisiyle oluşabilmektedir. Bu evliliklerin kişiler üzerinde, depresyon, intihar düşüncesi, eğitimsizlik, şiddet görme, sosyal izolasyon, özgüven yetersizlikleri gibi psikososyal sonuçlarının yanı sıra, kontraseptif kullanmama, çok sayıda doğum, hipertansif bozukluklar, eklemsi-preeklemsi, enfeksiyon gibi fizyolojik sonuçları da olabilmektedir. Bu denli sağlık problemlerine neden olan bir sorunun önlenebilmesi için toplumun bilinçlendirilmesi, yasal düzenlemeler yapılması, adölesanların eğitimine önem verilmesi gibi önlemler alınmalıdır

HEALTH EFFECTS OFADOLESCENTMARRIAGE

The purpose o f this study is to explain the effects on the health o f adolescents in marriage. Although adolescent marriages seen very common in the world, it especially becomes a problem in low socioeconomic status and education rate among the girls. Illiteracy, poverty, some cultural and religious characteristics, wars and migration can be the reason o f adolescent marriages. As well as psychosocial outcomes such as inadequacy o f self-esteem, depression, suicidal thoughts, illiteracy, exposure to violence, social isolation; this marriages also may have physiological consequences such as lack o f contraceptive use, multiple births, hypertensive disorders, eclampsia-preeclampsia and infection. In order to prevent such a problem which may cause health problems, measures such as constituting awareness in the community, making legal arrangements and emphasis on adolescent education must be taken
