AMELİYATHANE YANGINLARININ ÖNLENMESİ VE YÖNETİMİ UYGULAMA ÖNERİLERİ

Ameliyathane yangınları nadir görülmekle birlikte herhangi bir cerrahi işlem sırasında oluşarak ciddi komplikasyonlar yaratabilir. Ameliyathane yangınları büyük ya da küçük yanıklar, inhalasyon yaralanmaları, enfeksiyon, beden imajında bozulma ve ölüm gibi olumsuz sonuçları içerebilir. "Ameliyathane Yangınlarının Önlenmesi ve Yönetimi Uygulama Önerileri" rehberi, Amerikan Anestezistler Birliği tarafından 2008 yılında yayınlanmıştır. Ameliyathane yangınlarının önlenmesi ve yönetimine ilişkin öneriler: eğitim, ameliyathane yangın tatbikatı, hazırlık, ameliyathane yangınlarının önlenmesi ve ameliyathane yangınlarının yönetimi başlıkları altında ele alınarak uygulama önerileri getirilmiştir. Bu makalede rehber doğrultusunda önerilerin paylaşılması amaçlanmıştır. Ameliyathanede çalışan ve hasta güvenliğinin sağlanmasında, yangın riskine karşı gerekli önlemlerinin alınması ve etkin tahliye planlarının oluşturulması ameliyathane yangınlarının önlenmesinde hayatidir

PRACTICE ADVISORY FOR THE PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT OF OPERATING

Operating room fires are rare, however it may cause serious complications during surgical procedures. Some of the negative results that may have occured in operating room fires are, large or little burns, inhalation injuries, infections, deterioration in shape and death. The guide of "Practice Advisory For The Prevention and Management of Fires in Operating Rooms" was published by The American Society of Anesthesiologists' in 2008. The recommendations on prevention of operating rooms from fire and their management, such as, education, fire drill in operating rooms, preparation, prevention of operating room fires and management of fires in operating rooms, are discussed and the recommendations for the implementation are shared. Aim of this article shared accordance with the guide. It is vital in prevention of fires in operating rooms that to make the required provision against fire risks and to ensure the effective releasing plans
