SYLLABLE TYPES IN ZAZAKI

Syllables consist of vocal sounds, and the sy llable numbers of words are determined by thenumber of vocal sounds. A syllable can containonly one vocal sound. They are important in theoccurrence of features. In this study, syllable ty pes in Zazaki were analyzed. The syllables in za zaki are classified in different ways according tothe characteristics of vocal and consonant sounds.The aim of this study is to divide the syllables inZazaki into sections according to the distributionof vocal and consonant sounds, to determine thesounds in the coda and onsets of words, to anal yze the properties of these syllables. In the study,other syllables were expressed according to thisideal syllable. With the drop of vocal sounds inthe coda and onsette, geminate consonant soundscome into play. These sounds were first identifiedin this study. In some mouths of the Zaza, dif tonguas occur besides the geminant consonants.However, this type is not an independent syllableand the hinterland of these syllables is not wide.While explaining the syllable types in the study,we can easily identify these factors.
