Tüberküloz'a bağlı reaktif artrit (Poncet Hastalığı): Vaka sunumu

Reactive arthritis associated with tuberculosis (Poncet's Disease): A case report

Poncet's disease (tuberculous rheumatism) is an identity characterized by a reactive polyarthritis that develops in the presence of active tuberculosis in any localization. Including the small joints, any articular territory can be involved. Radiological and bacteriological exams of interested joints are systematically negative and in all described cases, clinical manifestations regressed after the eradication of the primitive focus of tuberculosis. We report a 8-years-old boy with arthritis whose symptoms and arthritis resolved with the treatment of antituberculosis.
