Muhasebe Meslek Mensuplarının İşletmelerin Beklentilerini Karşılama Düzeyi -Erzincan İli Uygulaması-
Öz
Özet: Bu çalışmanın amacı, muhasebe meslek mensuplarının işletmelerin beklentilerinikarşılama düzeylerini araştırmaktır. Çalışmada öncelikle benzer çalışmalara ait literatüraraştırmasına yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın uygulama bölümünde, Erzincan ili sınırları içerisindefaaliyet gösteren işletmelerin, muhasebe kayıtlarını tutan meslek elemanlarından memnuniyetdüzeyi ölçülmeye çalışılmıştır. Bunun için, işletme yöneticileri ile yüz yüze anket yöntemiuygulanmıştır. Erzincan ili sınırları içerisinde faaliyet gösteren 61 işletme yöneticisi ileyapılan anket çalışması sonucu, işletmelerin muhasebe işlemlerini yapan muhasebe meslekmensuplarından memnuniyet düzeyi belirlenmiştir. Ankette, 28 anket sorusu ile işletme yetkilisinin,bilimsel ve teknik olarak önceden belirlenmiş yeterliliklere, muhasebe elemanının hangidüzeyde sahip olduğunu tespit etmesi istenmiştir. Anket sonuçları sayısal ve oransal olaraktablolara dönüştürülerek değerlendirilmiş ve bu değerlendirmelerin sonucunda, işletmelerinmuhasebe elemanlarından memnuniyet düzeyinin genel olarak yeterli düzeyde olmadığı sonucunaulaşılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: İşletme, Muhasebe, İşletmelerin Muhasebeci’den Memnuniyeti.The Level Corresponds to Business Expectations of AccountingProfession Members -Erzincan Province Sample-Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate The Level Corresponds to BusinessExpectations of the Accounting Profession Members. In this study, the first stages are providedto research the literature belonging to similar efforts. The application section of the studyis Erzincan province enterprises operating within the boundaries of the accounting recordsare professionals that keep the level of satisfaction. To do this, business managers arrangedface to face with the survey method has been applied. It operates within the boundaries of theprovince of Erzincan’s 61 businesses in the survey with businesses engaged in the accountingprofession. They are members of accounting operations. In the survey, 28 poll with the questionas the business, scientific and technical qualifications, accounting elements of predeterminedhave been asked to identify which level of Poll results have been evaluated as numeric andproportional. The results are converted to tables and as a result of this assessment, the levelof satisfaction of the accounting of enterprises in General concluded that an adequate levelhas been reached.Keywords: Business, Accounting, Satisfaction from Accountants of Business.
