Nadir görülen bir Ollier hastalığı (Vaka sunumu)

Ollier hastalığı özellikle tübüler kemiklerin metafizlerinin asimetrik olarak tutan , herediter özelliği olmayan ve az rastlanan bir mezodermal displazidir. Karpal kemiklerde daha nadir görülür. Bu yazıda sol el parmak hareketlerinde kısıtlanma olan, ileri derecede deformite oluşumunun yanı sıra karpal kemiklerin de tutulduğu, daha önce konan kemik greftinde de nüks gelişen bir Ollier hastası sunulmuştur.

A rarely seen ollier's disease (Case report)

Ollier s disease is a rarely encountered non-hereditary mesodermal displasia the characterized by multiple enchondromas involving metaphyses of especially tubular bones asymetrically. It is seldom seen in carpal bones. In th s paper, a case of Ollier s disease restricting finger movements in a single hand and causing deformity as well as involving carpal bones and recurring in the bone graft placed at the previous operation is presented.
