Fetal sakrokoksigeal teratom-prenatal tanı ve yönetim; Olgu sunumu

Sakrokoksigeal teratom germ hücreli bir tümördür. Maternal riskler, hidramnios ve fetal hidropstan kaynaklanmaktadır. Intrapartum komplikasyonlar; tümör büyüklüğüne bağlı distosi, tümöral kanlanmadan kaynaklanan hemoraji ve tümör rüptürdür. Bu yaz da prenatal tanı konmuş sakrokoksigeal teratomlu bir olgu sunulmuş, doğum şekline ilişkin yaklaşımlar tartışılmıtır.

Fetal sacrococcygeal teratoma-prenatal diagnosis and management; Case report

A sacrococcygeal teratoma is a germ cell tumor. Maternal risks originate from hydramnios and fetal hydrops. Intrapartum complications are dystocia due to the size of tumor, hemorrhage from tumor vessels and rupture of the tumor. In this report, we presented a case of sacrococcygeal teratom prenatally diagnosed and discussed the management options for the delivery.
