Öğrenen örgüt algısının örgüt içi girişimciliğe etkisi : Kamuda bir araştırma

Bu çalışmada Ankara'da Bakanlıklara bağlı çeşitli kurumlarda görev yapan 167 kamu çalışanının, görev yaptıkları kurumla ilgili öğrenen örgüt algılarının; yenilikçilik, risk alma ve fırsatlara odaklanma alt boyutları ile ele alınan örgüt içi girişimcilik tutumları ile ilişkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları değerlendirildiğinde, öğrenen örgüt algısı alt boyutlarından takım halinde öğrenme, sistemler arası bağlantı ve destekleyici liderliğin örgüt içi girişimci davranışlarla anlamlı ve aynı yönlü ilişkileri olduğu görülmüş ve elde edilen diğer bulgular tartışılmıştır.

The effect of learning organization perception on intrapreneurship : A study in the public sector

In this study, the relationship between learning organization perceptions and intrapreneurship attitudes in dimensions of innovativeness, risk taking and focusing on opportunities of 167 public sector employees was investigated. When the findings were evaluated, it was found that team learning, systems connection and supportive leadership dimensions of learning organization perception have significancant and positive relationship with intrapreneural attitudes. Furthermore, implications of the findings are discussed.
