İç Göç Deneyimi, Yerleşim Yeri, Cinsiyet ve Eğitim Düzeyi Açısından Algılanan Anababalık

Anababalığın algılanışı pek çok kültürel ve bağlamsal değişkenden etkilenmektedir. Bu araştırmada genç yetişkinlerin kendi anne ve babalarına yönelik algıları göç deneyimi, kalıcı yerleşim yerinin niteliği, cinsiyet ve anababa eğitim düzeyi açısından incelenmiştir. 308 üniversite öğrencisi ile yürütülen araştırmada Ergen Aile Süreci Ölçeği ve Psikolojik Kontrol Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulguları genel olarak psikolojik kontrol ile destek ve yakınlık arasında negatif ilişki olduğunu, babadan algılanan psikolojik kontrolün göç, cinsiyet ve baba eğitim düzeyine göre farklılaştığını ancak anneden algılanan psikolojik kontrol ve desteğin farklılaşmadığını göstermektedir. İzlemede ise cinsiyete dayalı farklılıklar bulunmaktadır. Algılanan psikolojik kontrol, davranışsal kontrol (izleme) ve yakınlık, kalıcı yerin niteliğine göre farklılaşmaktadır. Sonuçlar kültürel bir gösterge olarak ele alınmış ve aile değişim modeli çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir.

Perceived Parenting In Terms of Internal Migration Feature of the Settlement Gender and Education

Parenting perceived by the child can be seen as a part of cultural and contextual factors. The aim of the present study was to explore the varying perceptions for parenting in terms of internal migration, the feature of the settlement, gender, and parental education. The study was conducted with 308 undergraduate students. For perceived parenting, Adolescent Family Process Measure and Psychological Control Scale; for cultural and contextual factors Demographic Form were administered. According to general results, psychological control was negatively correlated with support and closeness. Perceived paternal psychological control variated according to migration, gender, and parental education but the groups did not differ for maternal psychological control. Perceived behavioral control (monitoring) varied according to gender. Perceived psychological control, monitoring, and closeness varied according to the feature of the settlement. The findings were considered as cultural indicators and discussed on the basis of the Kağıtçıbaşı’s Family Change Model.
