Örgütsel psikolojik sermayenin tükenmişlik sürecine etkileri: kamu sektöründe bir araştırma

Bu çalışmada, tükenmişlik süreçlerine etki eden psiko- lojik sermaye faktörlerinin ortaya çıkarılması amaç- lanmaktadır. Anket yönteminin kullanıldığı araştır- mada kamu çalışanlarından oluşan bir örneklemden (N=260) veri toplanmış ve yapısal eşitlik modeli ile analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen temel bulgu, tüm tüken- mişlik boyutlarının açıklanmasında, psikolojik serma- ye unsurlarından “öz yeterlilik” ve “umut” faktörlerinin görece önemli bir rolü olduğunun ortaya çıkarılma- sıdır. Bunun yanında, psikolojik sermayenin alt bo- yutlarından “psikolojik dayanıklılık” ve “iyimserlik” ile tükenmişlik alt boyutlarından duygusal tükenme arasında ters yönlü ilişkiler elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar yazındaki çalışmalarla tartışılmıştır.
