Tedarikçi seçim kararlarında bulanık TOPSIS yönteminin kullanımı ve bir uygulama

Günümüzde rekabet firmalar arasında değil tedarik zincirleri arasındadır. Firmaların başarıları tedarikçi- lerle kurdukları uzun süreli ve karşılıklı güvene dayalı ilişkilerle doğru orantılıdır. Firmaların sert rekabet ko- şullarında ayakta kalabilmeleri en doğru ve en güveni- lir tedarikçi ile çalışmalarına bağlıdır. Bu doğrultuda tedarikçi seçim kararı hayati bir önem taşımaktadır. Tedarikçi seçimi problemlerinin çözümünde çok kriter- li karar verme tekniklerinden yararlanılabilmektedir. Bu teknikler, özellikle belirsizliğin iş yaşamı üzerindeki olumsuz etkilerini de göz önünde bulundurduğu için firmalara daha spesifik ve doğru çözümler sunmak- tadır. Çalışmada tekstil sektöründe faaliyette bulu- nup büyük firmalara fason üretim yapan bir üretim işletmesinin tedarikçi seçim problemi bulanık TOP- SIS (Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Simila- rity to Ideal Solution) yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiş ve yöneticilere karar desteği sağlanmıştır.

Use of fuzzy TOPSIS method in supplier selection decision and an application

Nowadays, the rivalry is among supply chains but not among the companies. The achievements of the compa- nies are directly proportional to the relationships which are established with the suppliers’ long-term based and mutual trust. The survival of the companies at rough rivalry conditions depend upon to the study with the most accurate and most reliable supplier. In this res- pect, the decision of supplier selection decision exhibits of vital importance. In order to solve the problems of supplier selection, a multi-criteria decision-making techniques are utilized. These techniques, especially taken into consideration the negative effects of uncer- tainty on work-life, present more specific and accurate solutions to the companies. In this study, the supplier selection problem of operating in the textile sector en- tity which is engaged in contract manufacturing has been evaluated via Fuzzy TOPSIS (Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and provided decision support to the managers.
