Örgütlerde ideoloji toplumsal gerçekliğinden ayrı olarak tartışılabilir mi?

Bu çalışma, örgüt ve yönetim alanındaki çalışmalarda kullanılan sosyolojik bir olgu olan “ideoloji”yi konu edinmektedir. Örgütte kültür arka planı ve meta-teoritemeli olmak üzere iki farklı seviyede ele alınan ideoloji olgusuna bu çalışmada eleştirel perspektif kazandırılmaktadır. Çalışmada öncelikle, örgütte ideolojinin kavramsal tanımı yapılmakta ve bu kavramsal giriş ikincikısımda, ideolojinin nasıl tanımlanabileceğini netleş- tiren kültürel içeriğini belirleyen özellikleriyle zenginleştirilmektedir. Üçüncü kısım, örgütte ideolojininaçıklanma biçimlerini ifade eden meta-teorik temellere ayrılmıştır. Bu bağlamda ilk olarak idealizm-materyalizm yaklaşımları verilmiş; akabinde Eleştirel Yönetim Çalışmalarının (EYÇ) örgütte ideolojiyi açıklamaperspektifi, Türkiye’deki örgütsel analizler açısındandiğer iki yaklaşımla karşılaştırmalı olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, Eleştirel Yönetim Çalışmalarıyaklaşımı ile örgütte ideoloji olgusunun, kültürel geçmiş yok sayılmadan, ancak gerçekliği çarpıtan baskınetkilerin gerek çatışma gerekse politik bağlamlarda incelenebildiği anlaşılmaktadır. Çalışma, getirilen önerilerle, Türkiye’de yönetim ve örgüt alanında pek popülerolmayan Eleştirel Yönetim Çalışmaları yaklaşımının yaygınlaştırılmasına katkı sunmayı hedeflemektedir.

What is the possibility of discussing ideology in organization studies apart from Its social reality?

The study handles the concept of ideology which is used in organization and management studies as a sociological phenomenon. The phenomenon of ideology is considered on the basis of cultural background and meta-theory in two different levels has been gained critical perspectives in this study. The study begins with defining the concept of ideology in organizations and second part goes on listing the properties of ideology which determine its cultural content. Third part alloca- ted the meta-theoretical foundations represents disclo- sure of ideology in organizations. In this part, idealism- materialism approaches are given. Following the part, the perspective of Critical Management Studies (FYR) explaining ideology in organizations are compared with the other two approaches in terms of organizatio- nal analysis in Turkey. As a result, the phenomenon of ideology in the organization with the approach of Critical Management Studies both understood, not being neglected cultural background, but also examining the effects which domination distort the reality with conflict and political contexts. The study brings suggestions doing that aims dissemination of Critical Management Studies approach which not so popular in the field of management and organization in Turkey.
