Organik toplum düşüncesi bağlamında küresel beyin kavramı ve küresel yaratıcılık

Toplumun bir organizma şeklinde tasviri zaman içinde birçok düşünür tarafından yapılmış ancak organizmanın varlığı için ihtiyaç duyulan sinir sisteminin tam anlamı ile teşkili ancak enformasyon teknolojilerindeki gelişme ile mümkün olmuştur. Aracısız iletişim ile artan etkileşim çeşitliği sayesinde toplumun bilgi üretme, işleme ve karar verme kapasitesi artmış; küresel beyin işlevlerini yerine getirmeye başlamıştır. İletişim kanalları sayesine topluma dağılmış olan bilgi dolaşıma katılmış, küresel yaratıcılık birçok problemin çözümünde etkin bir araç olarak devreye girmiştir. Bu çalışmada öncelikle organik toplum düşüncesi bağlamında küresel yaratıcılık konusu ele alınacak, daha sonra bu kavramın varlığı için ihtiyaç duyulan iletişim yapısı ve özellikle internet olgusu tartışılacaktır.

The concept of Global brain in the context of organismic view of society and Global creativity

The organismic view of society has portrayed by several thinkers at various times however, the constitution of nervous system for organism has enabled by courtesy of the advances in information technologies. Society’s capacity for information production, processing and control has increased by diversity of direct interactions; thus Global Brain began to work. Distributed knowledge of the community has begun to circulate throughout networks and global creativity is in use as an effective tool to solve the various problems. This study aim to provide first, a critical review of the literature on global brain in terms of the organismic view of society, second, the main features of this communication network, especially internet, will be discussed.
