Gıda perekendecilerinin çevre duyarlılığı üzerine bir inceleme
Şirketlerin çevreye verdiği zararlar son yıllarda üzerinde önemle durulan konulardan biri olmuştur. Günümüzde perakendecilik sektörü de çevresel sorunların kaynaklarından biri olarak görülmektedir. Keşifsel araştırma modelinin kullanıldığı bu araştırmada, Adana ilindeki bazı gıda perakendecilerinin faaliyetlerinin çevreye etkisi ve gerçekleştirdikleri çevreye duyarlı uygulamalar incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma ile gıda perakendecilerinin çevreye duyarlı faaliyetleri çoklu örnek olaylarla değerlendirilmiş olmaktadır. Çalışma sonucunda gıda perakendecilerinin çevreye olumsuz etkilerinin yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. İşletmeler tarafından çeşitli önlemler alınsa da daha farklı ve etkili uygulamalara ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır.
A study on the food retailers' environmental sensitivity
In recent years the damages which are given by the firms to environment has been mostly examined. Today retailing sector also has been accepted one of the source of environmental problems. In this research which explatory model was used in, the environmental effects and environmentaly concerned activities of some food retailers in Adana has been researched. A multiple case study was adopted on food retailers to consider enviromentally sensitive practices. At the end of the research it has been seen that the food retailers bad effects to the environment is high. Even some preservations was taken by firms, more different and affective solutions are needed.
