Turunçgil Ballarında Pestisit Kalıntı Düzeylerinin Belirlenmesi

Bu çalışmada, turunçgil (portakal+limon) ballarında belirlenen kalıntı pestisitler ve bunların düzeyleri tespit edilmiştir. Bu ballardaki pestisitlerin belirlenmesi için sıvı kromatografi-kütle spektrofotometresi (LC/MS/MS) kullanılmıştır. Örneklerin hazırlanmasında QuEChERS yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Yirmi bal örneğinde yapılan analizde karbendazim, klorpirifos, imazalil, metalaksil ve tiabendazol sırasıyla 7.84, 5.05, 10.96, 6.97 ve 12.11ng/g olarak belirlenmiştir

Determination of Pesticide Residue Levels in Citrus Honeys

Several pesticides and their residue levels in citrus (orange and lemon) honey were determined in this study. Liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) was used for the determination of pesticide residues in honey samples. The QuEChERS method was used for sample preparation. In twenty honey samples, the levels of carbendazim, chlorpyrifos, imazalil, metalaxyl and thiabendazole were 7.84, 5.05, 10.96, 6.97 and 12.11ng/g, respectively
