DENETİMLİ SERBESTLİK POPÜLASYONUNDA SENTETİK KANNABİNOİD KULLANIM

Amaç: Bu araştırma, denetimli serbestlikkapsamında tedaviye gönderilenbireylerde son yıllarda önemli birsorun haline gelen sentetik kanna- binoid (SK) kullanımını incelemeyiamaçlamaktadır. Yöntemler: Denetimli Serbestlik ve Tedavi(DST) için 1 Haziran - 1 Ağustos2014 tarihleri arasında başvuran757 ardışık vaka araştırmaya da- hil edilmiştir. Sosyodemografiközellikleri, madde kullanımı ve suçöyküleri, idrar test sonuçları ince- lenmiştir.Bulgular: Hastaların %31inde idrar testindemadde tespit edilmiştir. İdrar ana- lizlerine göre sentetik kannabino- idlerin en sık tercih edilen maddeolduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç: Bu araştırma DST popülasyonundasentetik kannabinoid yaygınlığınıölçen ilk çalışmadır. Sonuçlar, DSTpopülasyonunda SK kullanımınınen az esrar kadar yaygın olduğunugöstermektedir.

HE USE OF SYNTHETIC CANNABINOIDS AMONG PROBATION POPULATION

Objective: This study aims to investigate theuse of synthetic cannabinoids, whichhas become a serious problem inrecent years, among patients ap- plied by brobation. Methods: Seven hundred fifty seven consecu- tive patients applied by probationbetween 1 June - 1 August 2014,were enrolled the study. Sociode- mographics, drug use patterns andcriminal histories of the cases areinvestigated. Urine analysis are col- lected from medical records. Results: It was observed that %31 of thepatients had a positive test re- sults for drugs. Synthetic can- nabinoids were the most preferreddrugs according the urine analysis. Conclusion: This study is the first study aboutseynthetic cannabinoid prevalenceamong probation population. Re- sults indicate that, the extent ofsynthetic cannabinoids consumptionis similar but not less than herbalcannabis
