Adli Tıp Kurumu Fizik İhtisas Dairesi Belge İnceleme Şube Müdürlüğüne Cumhuriyet Sav- cılığı tarafından inceleme mak- sadıyla cep telefonu kontör - TL yükleme kartı gönderilmiştir. Savcılık tarafından kartın sah- te olup olmadığı, aldatma yete- neğinin bulunup bulunmadığısorulmuştur. Tarafımızdan VSC 6000-HS cihazı da kullanılarak yapılan incelemede kontör kar- tının sağ ve sol yarısının farklı iki renkten oluştuğu, sol yarı- mında yazılı rakamlar içeren fiyat etiketinin (30) bulunduğu görüldü. Aynı zamanda iki renk geçişi arasında fiziksel olarak seviye farkı olduğu tespit edil- di. VSC 6000-HS cihazında yatay ışık altında yapılan incelemesin- de kontör kartının sol yarısın- daki seviye farkının, ilave sahte kağıt yapıştırılmış olmasından kaynaklandığı tespit edildi. Ka- ğıt kaldırıldığında orijinalinde5 rakamının yazılı olduğu gö- rüldü. 30-5=25 birimlik (TL) bir sahtekarlık olduğu tespit edildi. Sonuç olarak kontör kullanıcı- larının ve bu konuda bilirkişilik yapan uzmanların kontör kartı alırken veya incelemesi yapar- ken en azından parmak uçlarıy- la kontör kartlarının yüzeyinin düzgün olup olmadığını kontrol etmelerini önermekteyiz. Bu- nunla birlikte VSC 6000-HS ci- hazındaki özellikle yatay ışığın kullanımının önemini de vurgu- lamaktayız.

Mobile phone pre-paid cards have been sent to the Council of Fo- rensic Medicine Forensic Physics Department Document Exami- nation Branch Directorate by the Public Prosecution Office for the purpose of examination. It has been asked by the Public Prose- cution Office whether the card is counterfeit or not and whether it has a deception capacity or not.At the examination conducted by us using VSC 6000HS device, it was observed that right side and left side of the card were cons- tituted from two different colors and the left side was containing a price tag including writen num- bers (30). At the same time, it was determined that there was a level discrepancy in between the passage of two colors. During the examination conducted under ho- rizontal light at VSC 6000HS de- vice, the level discrepancy on the left side of the pre-paid card was determined to be due to an addi- tional sticked counterfeit paper. It was observed that number 5was written originally when the paper was removed. The fact that there was a 30-5=25 units (TL) of deception was detected. As a result, we suggest that pre-paid card users and experts who work on these subjects should check the surface of the cards with the- ir fingertips to find out whether the surface of the card is even or not. In addition we emphasize the importance of using especially horizontal light of VSC 6000HS device.
