Penil lenfomanın radyolojik görüntüleme bulguları
Penisin malign lenfoma tutulumu nadir görülen bir antite olup primer veya sekonder formda olabilir. Penil lenfo-manın preoperatif radyolojik görüntülemesinde ultraso-nografi (US), renkli Doppler ultrasonografi (RDUS), bilgi-sayarlı tomografi (BT) ve manyetik rezonans görüntüle-me (MRG) gibi çeşitli radyolojik modaliteler kullanılabilir. Özellikle MRG incelemesi penil lenfomanın radyolojik görüntülemesinde güvenilir bir yöntemdir. MRG komşu anatomik yapıların tümör tarafından tutulumunun göste-rilmesini sağlar. Bildiğimiz kadarıyla daha önce litera-türde penil lenfomanın radyolojik bulguları sınırlı sayıda bildirilmiştir. Bu makalede penil lenfoma saptanan olgu-nun US, RDUS, BT ve MRG bulguları sunulmuştur.
Radiological imaging findings of penile lymphoma
Malign lymphomatous involvement of penis is a rare entity that can be observed in either primary or se-condary form lymphoma. Various radiological modalities such as ultrasonography (US), color Doppler ultrasono-graphy (CDUS), computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can be used in the preope-rative diagnosis of the penile lymphoma. Especially MRI is suitable and reliable in imaging penile lymphoma. It allows the demonstration of neighbouring anatomic structure involvement by tumor. To the best of our knowledge, radiological findings of penile lymphoma have been documented in limited number of literature previously. Herein, we report on a case with malign lymphoma of the penis and its US, CDUS, CT and MRI findings.
