Tiftik Keçilerinin Serum ve Kıllarında Bakır ile Çinko Düzeyleri

Bu çalışmada Van' da yetiştirilen Tiftik keçilerinden alınan 30'ar adet kan serumu ve kılda Atomik Absorpsiyon Spektrofotometre ile bakır ve çinko düzeylerine bakıldı. Analiz sonucunda kılda bakır miktarı 31.90 ppm, çinko 98.29 ppm; kan serumunda bakır 1.17 ppm, çinko 1.05 ppm bulundu. Ziııc and Cooper Levels in Blood Serum and Hairs of Aııgora Goats

30 blood serum and hair samples collected from aııgora goats raised in Van were examined with Atomic Absorbtion Spectrophotometer to detect the copper and ziııc levels. The results showed that Cu level was 31.90 ppm and Zn level was 98.29 ppm in hair, while Cu level was 1.17 ppm and Zn level was 1.05 ppm in blood serum samples. There was a correlatioıı betvveen Cu levels of hair and blood samples p < 0.05 while the correlation betken seıum Cu levels and hair Zn levels w as found to be negative
