Bazı Florokinolon Antibiyotiklerle Santral Sinir Sistemi İlaçlarının Farmakolojik Etkileşim Özellikleri Üzerine Deneysel Araştırmalar

Bu çalışmada, sağaltımda yaygın olarak kullanılan ve santral sinir sistemiyle ilgili istenmeyen etkileri bildirilen florokinolon grubu antibiyotiklerden siprofloksasin, ofloksasin, pefloksasin ve norfloksasinin santral sinir sistemini etkileyen ilaçlarla birlikte kullanıldığında oluşabilecek etkileşimler ve bu etkileşimlerin ne yönde gelişebileceğinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Siprofloksasin, ofloksasin, pefloksasin ve norfloksasinin santral sinir sistemi uyarıcısı olan teofllin ve bir genel anestezik olan etomidatla oluşabilecek etkileşimini belirlemek için motor aktivite testleri, öpen field testi, yüzme testi ve uyku süresinin hesaplanması gerçekleştirildi. Çalışmada inbred yetiştirilmiş ortalama 20-30 gram ağırlıkta toplam 160 adet Mus musculus Swiss-albino fare kullanıldı. Experinıental Stuclies on the Plıarmacologic interaction of Some Fluoroquiııolone Antibiotics with Central Nervous System Drugs

This study aims to investigate the interaction of antimicrobial drugs such as ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, pefloxacin and norfloxacin with drugs affecting Central ııeural system. İn order to determine the interaction of ciprofloxacin, ofloxaciıı, pefloxacin and norfloxacin with theophylline, a Central nervous system stimulant, and with etomidate a general aııaesthetic; motor activity tests, swimming test and the measuring of sleeping time were carried out. inbred 16 Mus musculus Swiss albino mice with an average weight between 20-30 grams were ıısed.
