İş Becerikliliğinin İşe Yabancılaşma Üzerindeki Etkisi

Bu araştırma iş becerikliliği ve iş becerikliliğinin boyutlarının (görev becerikliliği, bilişsel beceriklilik ve ilişkisel beceriklilik) işe yabancılaşma üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda İstanbul’da tekstil sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletmeden anket yöntemiyle veri toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS ve AMOS programları kullanılmıştır. Hipotezler regresyon analizi ile test edilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda hem iş becerikliliğinin genel olarak hem de iş becerikliliğinin boyutlarının (görev becerikliliği, bilişsel beceriklilik ve ilişkisel beceriklilik) işe yabancılaşmayı negatif yönde ve anlamlı olarak etkilediği belirlenmiştir.

The Effect of Job Crafting on Work Alienation

This research aims to determine the effects of job crafting and dimensions of job crafting (task crafting, cognitive crafting and relational crafting) on work alienation. For this purpose, data were collected from a textile company in Istanbul by survey method. SPSS and AMOS programs were used for data analysis. Hypotheses were tested by regression analysis. As a result of the analyzes, it was determined that both the general job crafting and the dimensions of the job crafting (task crafting, cognitive crafting and relational crafting) negatively and significantly affected the work alienation.
