Uluslararası Literatürde Sürdürülebilir İnsan Kaynakları Yönetiminde Öne Çıkan Konulara İlişkin Nitel Bir Araştırma

Sürdürülebilir İnsan Kaynakları yönetimi son yıllarda akademisyenler ve uygulamacılar tarafından ilgi gören bir çalışma alanı olarak dikkat çekmektedir. Bu konuya artan ilgi her geçen gün artış gösterirken bu konuda çalışmalar yürüten akademisyenler de sürdürülebilirlik ile insan kaynakları yönetimi uygulamalarının ilişkisi üzerine odaklanmıştır. Sürdürülebilir İKY literatürü uluslararası yazında özellikle son dönemde yoğun olarak araştırılan ve incelenen bir konu iken ulusal yazında halen yeterince incelenen ve çalışılan bir konu değildir. Uluslararası literatürde sürdürülebilir insan kaynakları yönetimi alanında öne çıkan konuların ortaya konulması ulusal yazında gelişmelere katkı sağlayacaktır. Bu çerçevede çalışmanın amacı, uluslararası literatürde nitelikli indeksler arasında kabul edilen Emerald ve Scopus indekslerinin sahip oldukları veri tabanları incelenerek Sürdürülebilir İKY kavramı incelenmiştir. Yapılan analiz çerçevesinde sürdürülebilir İKY kavramının yapısı, yönelimleri ve gelişimi gösterilmiştir. Bu kapsamda yürütülen analiz çerçevesinde toplamda Emerald indeksinde 17, Scopus indeksinde de 29 makaleye ulaşılmış ve bu makaleler MAXQDA 2020 nitel analiz programı kullanılarak çeşitli nitel analizlere tabi tutulmuştur. Yapılan analizlerin sonuçlarına göre, makalelerde en sık kullanılan kelimelerin sürdürülebilir, yönetim, çalışanlar, insan, sürdürülebilirlik ve kaynak kelimelerinin olduğu görülmüştür. Makalelerin ulaştıkları sonuçlara bakıldığında, çoğu çalışma tarafından Sürdürülebilir İKY literatürünün tarandığı, sürdürülebilir İKY kavramının halen gelişme aşamasında olan bir yapıda olduğu, kurumsal uygulamaların literatüre yönelik önemli katkılarının olduğu, uygulamalarda İKY süreçlerinin sürdürülebilirliğine odaklanıldığı, Sürdürülebilir İKY uygulamalarının çalışan sağlığına yönelik olumlu katkılar barındırdığı ve insan ve çalışanlar yönünden farklı destekler sunduğu ortaya konulmuştur.

A Qualitative Research on Topics in Sustainable Human Resources Management in International Literature

Sustainable Human Resources management shows a structure that has started to be preferred in recent years and is accepted as human-based human resources practices. While the increasing interest in this subject is increasing day by day, academicians working on this subject have focused on the relationship between sustainability and human resources management practices. While the sustainable HRM literature is a subject that has been intensively researched and studied in the international literature, it is still not a subject that has been studied and studied sufficiently in the national literature. The inclusion of this and similar studies will contribute to the developments in national literature. In this context, the aim of the study is to examine the concept of Sustainable HRM by examining the databases of Emerald and Scopus indices, which are considered among the qualified indexes in the international literature. Within the framework of the analysis, the structure, tendencies and development of the concept of sustainable HRM has been shown. Within the framework of the analysis carried out in this context, 17 articles in the Emerald index and 29 articles in the Scopus index were reached and these articles were subjected to various qualitative analyzes using the MAXQDA 2020 qualitative analysis program. According to the results of the analysis, it was seen that the most frequently used words in the articles were the words sustainability, management, employees, people, sustainability and resource. Considering the results of the articles, it is seen that the Sustainable HRM literature has been scanned by most of the studies, the concept of sustainable HRM is still under development, especially the corporate practices are highly influenced by the contributions to the literature, the practices are focused on the sustainability of HRM processes, Sustainable HRM practices have positive contributions to employee health, and it has been demonstrated that it offers different support in terms of employees
