Plesiomonas shigelloides gastroenteriti: Bir olgu sunumu ve literatür taraması

Akut gastroenteritis 21 yaşındaki bir erkek hastadan Plesiomonas shigelloides izole edilmiştir. Olgu sunumu yanında etkenin sınıflandırılması ve mikrobiyolojik özellikleri ile oluşturduğu infeksiyonların epidemiyolojisi, patogenezi, kliniği, tanısı ve tedavisi sunulmuştur.

Plesiomonas shigelloides gastroenteritis: Report of a case and review of the literature

We report a case of acute gastroenteritis due to Plesiomonas shigelloides in a 21-year-old male and present a review of classification and microbiological features of the agent and epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of the infection caused by this agent.
