The most important problem for the training of the deaf people has been the communicationthroughout the history all over the world. This led to the discussion of thevarious communication and training methods. In the scientific world, it will be reachedto a agreeable point when the exchange between methods will be carried out andthe flexibility will be observed. On the other hand, it is required that the art and craftworkshops that will provide job oppurtunities to the deaf people have to be opened.
