Allerji ve allerjik solunum sistemi hastalıklardan ilaçsız ne kadar korunabiliriz?

Günümüzde hemen hemen her şey ekonomiye dayanmaktadır, bu nedenle sağlıklı kalmanın en ucuz yöntemi olan “Koruyucu Hekimlik”, bireyleri hastalıklardan uzak tutmanın merkezinde yer almaktadır. Olabildiğince az ilaç kullanmak ve ilaç dışı koruyucu tedaviler, yan etkileri ve tedavi maliyetlerini azaltabilen önemli metotlardır. Bu makalede yüzyılın hastalığı olarak kabul edilen “Allerji” ve “Allerjik Hastalık”lardan ilaç dışı korunma ve tedavi yöntemlerini anlatacağız

How can we prevent allergy and allergic respiratory diseases without drugs?

Almost everything depends on the economy today, so “Preventive Medicine” which is the cheapest way to stay healthy, takes center stage of keeping the individuals diseases free. Using few drugs as possible and non-drug preventive therapies are important methods that can reduce side effects and and treatment costs. In this article, we will tell non-drug prevention and treatment methods “Allergy” and “Allergic Disease” that is called 21st century disease.
