This paper tackles the issue of organizational change. How does the process of organizational change happen ? Morgan's metaphors represent a framework about this issue. Machine metaphor, politic metaphor, organisms metaphor, flux and tansformation metaphor. There are some organizational change models developed by the key authors. Such as, Lewin, Bullock and Batten, Kotter, Bechard and Harris, Nadler and Tushman, William Bridges, Carnall, Senge, Stacey an Shaw. Each model to organizational change focused on a specific dimension of organizational change. Systemic framework includes four types of organizational change, it allows the practitioners to focus on change in processes, structures, culture and politics, rather than just to think about any one or some of them.
