Gazel, şiirsel yapısı itibarıyla bütün edebiyatçıların ilgisini çektiği gibi musikişinas insanların da ilgisini çekerek, etkilenmelerine sebep olmuştur. Gazel hem güfte olarak hem de gazelformundaki icralarda kullanılmıştır.Bu çalışmada; Gazelhan Hafız Sami’nin hayatından, gazel ve gazelin edebî yapısından, Klasik Türk Müziği’nde gazel formundan, Hafız Sami’nin gazel icracılığından ve Türk Müziği’ndeki yeri ve öneminden bahsedilecektir.

The Lyric, attracts the interest of both all the man of Letters and the people likes music, at the same make it makes affect them because of its poctical structure. It has been used both melodized and performers in Lyric form. At this study, we will mention about the life of Hafız Sami, Lyric and the literary strueture of Lyric, performing Lyric of Hafız Sami, the place and the importance in Turkish Music.
