KAYSERI VE YÖRESINDEKI SAĞLIKLI VE PREEKLAMPTIK GEBELERDE ANNE VE KORD PLAZMASINDA ESER ELEMENT (ÇINKO, BAKIR, MAGNEZYUM) DÜZEYLERININ INCELENMESI

Bu çalışmanın amacı sağlıklı maternal ve kord serum çinko, bakır, magnezyum düzeylerini preeklampsi etiyolojisinde rolü olduğunu araştırmaktır. Üçüncü trimesterde 30 preaklamptik ve 20 sağlıklı gebe prospektif olarak çalışmaya alındı. Her iki grupta da maternal ve kord serum çinko, bakır ve magnezyum düzeyleri araştırıldı. THE INVESTIGATION OF TRACE ELEMENT LEVELS (ZINC, COPPER, MAGNESIUM) ONTO MATERNAL AND CORD PLASMA ON PREECLAMPTIC AND HEALTHY PREGNANTS IN KAYSERI AND ITS REGION

The aim of this study is to compare the levels of maternal cord serum zing (Zn), Copper (Cu), magnesium (Mg) on preeclampsia ethyopathogenesis in levels of healty maternal and cord serum. Thirty preaclamtic and 20 healthy pregnants are included into study as a prospective at the third trimester. The levels of maternal and cord serum Zn, Cn, Mg are investigated in both groups.
