Brusella pastörize edilmemiş süt ve süt ürünlerinden, geçen multisistem tutulumları gösteren zoonotik bir hastalıktır. Nörobruselloz brusellanın nadir rastlanan, klinik, radyolojik ve bazende serolojik olarak ayırıcı tanısı zor olan bir formudur. Tanıdaki gecikmelerin, tedavi, morbidite ve mortalite üzerindeki etkileri konusunda fazla bilgi yoktur. 30 yaşında bayan hasta santral sinir sistemi bulguları ile başvurdu, iki hafta sonra nörobruselloz tanısı alan hasta tam olarak tedavi edilip taburcu edildi. Fakat 3 ay sonra pitüiter apse nedeni ile opere edildi. Nörobrusellanın klinik ve terapatik özellikleri tartışıldı.

Brucella is a multisystem zoonotic infection. It is caused by the user of unpasteurized milk and milk products (cheese and butter). Neurobrucellosis is a form of brucella, for which clinically and radiologically differential diagnosis may be difficult. What kind of complications arises with the delayed diagnosis is controversial.
