Üretero-Aortik Fistül Nedeni ile Gelişen Masif Hematüri: Perkütan Ürinom Drenajının Nadir Bir Komplikasyonu: Olgu Sunumu

Üretero-arteriel fistüller nadirdir ve doğru tanı konulamadığında fatal olabilirler. Üreter fistülüne yol açabilecek yar- alanmalar vasküler cerrahi, üreteral endoskopik girişimler ve böbrek, üreter ya da retroperitona perkütan yaklaşımlarsırasında meydana gelebilmektedir. Bu makalede tanısı atlanmış bir üreter yaralanması sonucu gelişen ürinomunperkütan tedavisi sonrasında oluşan üretero-aortik fistül olgusu sunulmaktadır.

Gross Hematuria Due to Uretero-Aortic Fistula: A Rare Complication of Percutaneous Urinoma Drainage: A Case Report

Uretero-arterial fistulas are rare and could be fatal if missed. Injuries that may lead to ureteral fistulas can occur dur- ing vascular surgery, ureteral instrumentation and percutaneous approaches to the kidney, ureter or retroperitoneum.Here we report a case of uretero-aortic fistula developed immediately after a percutaneous approach for the manage- ment of a urinoma due to a missed ureteral injury.
