Investigation of Dermatological Life Quality In Pityriasis Rosea
Objectives: In this study, we have investigated the dermatological life quality (DLQI-Dermatology Life Quality In- dex) and correlation of dermatological life qualities and disease severity scores in pityriasis rosea patients.Material and Methods: Total 41 patients, 18 male and 23 female in 18-60 years of age were included to the study. Inevaluation of the disease severity, pityriasis rosea severity score (PRSS) was used. To evaluate the itch severity, visualanalog scale (VAS) was used. The correlation between both the initial and the 4th week average DLQI and PRSS andthe average DLQI and VAS was investigated. The correlations of all three scores between the beginning and the 4thweek were statistically evaluated. Results: The 4th week average scores of DLQI, PRSS and VAS showed a statistically meaningful fall in very ad- vanced degree in comparison to the initial scores (p
