Bir Hepatit B Çerçevesi

Hepatit B virüsü, dünyada 400 milyon, ülkemizde yaklaşık 3,5 milyon kişiyi enfekte etmektedir. Aşısı olmasınarağmen, birçok bulaş yolu ile yayılabilmekte ve hala kendinden söz ettirmektedir. Hepatit B, özel takvimler ileyapılan aşı hizmetleri ve temas anında pasif bağışıklama gibi yöntemler sayesinde kontrol edilebilmektedir. Özelvirüs yapısı ve enzim sistemi ile Hepatit B virüsü, karaciğer hücresi genetik sistemiyle bütünleşir ve bu sayedebitirilmesi neredeyse mümkün olmayan kronik enfeksiyona sebep olur. Bu yazıda, tedavisi uzun soluklu, zahmetliolan ve bu nedenle belli aralıklarla hakkında birçok rehber yayınlanan kronik Hepatit B konusu resmedilmiştir.

A Content of Hepatitis B

Approximately 400 million people around the world and 3.5 million people in our country are infected by HepatitisB virus. Although vaccination is available, the virus spreads in many ways, and therefore it is still has made a self.Hepatitis B can be controlled by vaccination services with specific immunization schedules and passive immuniza- tion which is administered at the moment of contact. Because of the specific structure of virus and enzyme system,hepatitis B virus integrates with the genetic system of hepatocytes and therefore causes nearly unstoppable chronicinfection which cannot able to cure by permanently. In this article, the subject of chronic Hepatitis B infection isdescribed, its treatment is long-term, laborious and therefore many guidelines are published periodically about it.
