Kronik Hepatit B Hastalarında Delta Hepatit Sıklığı: Tek Merkez Retrospektif Çalışma

Amaç: Bu çalışmada üçüncü basamak bir referans hastanesi olan Ankara Numune Eğitim ve Araştırma HastanesiGastroenteroloji Kliniğine başvuran kronik HBV hastalarında HDV görülme sıklığının tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem ve Gereçler: Çalışmamıza Mayıs 2012 ile Mayıs 2014 arasında takip edilen tüm HBV pozitif hastalar dahiledilmiştir.Bulgular: Çalışmaya alınan 1035 hastanın ortalama yaşı 48 (17-90) olup hastaların % 58,1i erkekti. otuz bir hastada(% 3) anti HDV pozitifti. Hastaların sadece % 11,6sı HBe Ag (+)di.Sonuç: Türkiyenin batısında daha önce yapılan çalışmalara benzer şekilde hastanemizdeki HBV hastalarında HDVpozitiflik oranı % 3 idi. Daha önceki çalışmalarda Türkiyenin doğusuyla batısı arasında HDV pozitiflik oranı % 1,9ile % 6,3 arasında değişmektedir. Bu sonuçlar gelişmekte olan ülkelerde yapılan daha önceki çalışmalar ile benzerdir.

Delta Hepatitis Frequency in Chronic Hepatitis B Patients: Single Center Retrospective Study

Aim: To determine the incidence of HDV in chronic HBV population at a tertiary reference hospital. Material and Methods: All of the HBV positive patients were included in to the study between May 2012 and May2014. Results: Mean age of 1035 patients was 48 (17-90) years old and 58,1 % of them were male. Anti HDV positivitywas found in 31 patients (3 %). Only 11,6 % of our patients were HBe Ag (+).Conclusion: The rate of HDV positivity among HBV patients 3 % in our hospital was similar with the recent in- vestigation published in western part of Turkey. The mean HDV prevalence was reported as 1,96,3 % in previousstudies from western to eastern Turkey. This results supported the literatüre determined from devoloping countriesof the world.
