Kikuchi-fujimoto disease

Kikuchi-Fujimoto Hastalığı, oldukça ender görülen ve kimi zaman sistemik lupus eritematozus gibi bağ dokusu hastalıklarıyla birlikte gösterebilen bir hastalıktır. Ateş, lenfadenopati ve gece terlemesinin asıl semptomatolojisini oluşturduğu bu hastalığın tanısında enfeksiyöz ve lenfoproliferatif hastalıkların dışlanması gerekmektedir. Histopatolojik olarak nekrotizan histiyositik lenfadenitisin saptanması önemlidir. Burada Kikuchi-Fujimoto hastalığı tanısı koyulan 35 yaşındaki bir erkek hasta sunulmaktadır.

Kikuchi-fujimoto hastalığı

Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease is a rare disorder sometimes associated with connective tissue diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus. The cardinal symptoms are fever, lymphadenopathy and night sweat; consequently it is first necessary to rule out infectious and lymphoproliferative diseases. Histology can allow diagnosis by demonstrating necrotizing histiocyte lymphadenitis. This article concerns a 35-years-old male who diagnosed with Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease.
