Yaşlılar için konutlarda yenilikçi bir yapılı çevre biçimi

An innovative built environment form for dwellings for the elderly

Nüfusun yaşlanması karşısında, ülkelerin yaşlılara sağlayabildiğihizmetler ve kurumsal bakım konusunda maddi kapasiteleri giderekazalmaktadır. Bu nedenle yaşlılar için gerekli olan hizmetler ve evdebakım talepleri artmaktadır. Ana fikir yaşlıların evlerinde olabildiğinceuzun kalmaları ve yaşlıları hedefleyen hizmetlerin ev ortamlarınataşınması olduğundan talepler anlamlıdır. Bu fikir yapılı çevreyi uygunbir şekilde uyarlanarak gerçekleştirilebilir. Bunu uygulamanın en iyiyollarından biri ise yaşlı kişilerin evlerini yenilikçi bir yaşam ortamınaçevirebilecek modern teknolojilerin kullanılmasıdır. Bu çalışma, yaşlılaraböyle bir destek sağlayan yaşam çevreleri hakkındadır. Bu makalede, budesteği sağlamanın önemi ve işleyiş şekli, günümüze kadar bu yeniliğingeliştirilmesindeki çabalar ve elde edilen başarılar, yaşlıların böylegelişmiş yaşam ortamlarında yaşamak konusundaki fikirleri temel alınaraktoplumda uygulama potansiyeli tartışılmaktadır. Bulgular, uygulamadaesas amacın kullanıcıların yenilikçi yapılı çevreyi anlamaları ve ona anlamyüklemeleri olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca toplumda yenilikçi yapılıçevre uygulamalarının çok çabuk gelişmesinin beklenmemesi gerektiğianlaşılmaktadır. Eğer yaşlıların yaşam alanları bilinçli olarak herkes içintasarım ilkelerine göre yeniden düzenlenir, içerdikleri mimari engellerortadan kaldırılır ve yeni evler bu engeller olmayacak biçimde tasarlanırsa,bu anlamda önemli bir adım atılmış olacaktır. Yalnız bu bile, yaşlılarınevlerinde daha uzun süre kalmalarını sağlarken bu yaşam alanlarınıgelecekte yardımcı teknolojiler kullanarak akıllı evlere dönüştürmektebaşlangıç noktası olabilir.
