Etkinlik-eşitlik çelişkisi bağlamında yeniden dağıtım politikalarının sosyal refah üzerindeki etkisi

Pareto tanımlı sosyal refah teorisi esas alındığında, rekabetçi serbest piyasa ekonomisinde yeniden dağıtıma yönelik politikaların eşitlik ilkesini gerçekleştirmeye çalışırken etkinlik ilkesini olumsuz etkileyeceği öne sürülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, yeniden dağıtım politikalarının etkinlik ve eşitlik çelişkileri bağlamında sosyal refah üzerindeki etkileri tartışılırken farklı refah tanımlamalarının mümkün olabileceğine ve farklı refah tanımlamaları esas alındığında yeniden dağıtım politikalarının etkinlik-eşitlik çelişkisine yol açmayabileceğine dair tartışmalar gözden geçirilmektedir.
