Çağdaş devletin en önemli önceliklerinden birisi eğitim sisteminin ele aldığı meseleleri doğru bir şekilde hayata geçirmektir. Çoğu devlet adamı eğitimin devletlerin ilerlemesinde, toplumların refahının ve yaratıcı güçlerinin artışında sürükleyici güç olduğunu ve günümüz toplumlarının ilerlemesinde en sağlam temel ve cesaretlendirici unsur olduğuna inanmışlar veya gitgide bunun öneminin farkına varmaya başlamışlardır. Bu çalışmada da Kazakistanda verilen hukuk eğitiminin mevcut durumu ve geleceğe ilişkin beklentiler ele alınmaktadır.

One of the priority directions in the state policy of a number of contemporary countries is the due realization of matters addressed and duties undertaken by the educational system. A large number of heads of state have comprehended and still understand the fact that education is the driving power in the progress of states and peoples towards prosperity and a sound basis and encouraging factor in the advancement of contemporary communities, the mobilization of their development and the strengthening of their creative potential. In this study, current situation of the judicial education in Kazakhstan and the prospects are debated.
