Trichoderma harzianum ve Fusarium moniliforme Antagonizminde Amaranthus ekstraktlarının antifungal etkisi
Bu çalışmada Trichoderma harzianum’un üç izolatı ve Fusarium moniliforme’ye karşı Amaranthus blitoides, A. refraflexus, A. albus ekstraktlarının antifungal etkileri araştırılmıştır. Ekstraktlar %0.5, %1 ve %2 konsantrasyonlarında besiyerine uygulanmıştır. Farklı konsantrasyonlardaki ekstraktların bulunduğu agar ortamında Amaranthus bitki ekstraktlarının T. harzianum’un üç izolatı ile F. moniliforme arasındaki antagonistik etkileri in vitro koşullarda çalışılmıştır. A. albus’un %1 ve %2’lik konsantrasyonları F. moniliforme’nin misel gelişimini %66.7 oranınında etkilemiştir. T. harzianum izolatları F. moniliforme’ye karşı antagonistik aktivite göstermiştir. Amaranthus ekstraktlarının %2’lik konsantrasyonları ortamlara eklendiğinde de T. harzianum, F. moniliforme’nin gelişimini engellemiştir.
Effects of antifungal of Amaranthus Extracts on T. harzianum and F. moniliforme antagonizm
In this study antifungal effects of Amaranthus blitoides, A. refraflexus, A. albus extracts were investigated against three isolates of Trichoderma harzianum and F. moniliforme. Extracts used in %0.5, %1 and %2 concentrations. The antifungal activity of exracts of Amaranthus plants and antagonistic activity between F. moniliforme against T. harzianum isolates studied in dual culture experiments on an agar medium. 1% and 2% concentrations of extracts of A. albus inhibited mycelial growth of F. moniliforme at rate 66.7%. Isolates of T. harzianum were shown antagonistic activity to F. moniliforme. When 2% concentrations of extracts were added to the medium, T. harzianum were inhibited growth of F. moniliforme.
